Before school starts...

Hello!
So yesterday was Sunday, the start of the week and school starts this coming Sunday another 5 more days. In sha Allah! So these past few days have been nothing but cleaning up and preparing for when Uni opens :)

We mostly went out to the shops nearby our building and I bought some stationary and a whiteboard for myself to use. I kinda regret not bringing my stuff from sg but luggage da penuh sangat :/ So a lot of things we terpaksa beli ataupun share.

Me and some of my friends from tingkat atas went to this cafe....and I tell you baaanyak sangat cafe kat sini. Spoilt for choices...they have chocolate fondue and fruit juices of different kinds *-* So the five of us ordered a variety of fruit juices and two cakes...altogether it was 16jd. Ok lah nak try for the first time. Sedaaaap haha

We went again to Arabella mall also and bought a few items for our kitchen. I cant wait till classes start!

So the next day on a Monday morning, all of us went to Uni to settle our school fees and we saw a few students lining up to pay also. Cant help but wonder if theyre gonna be in the same class as us in a weeks time. We 'asians' stand out cause of our looks as Arab people in my opinion look much mature and they dress so elegantly. haha compared to us yang sarung je jubah and tudung.

So after settling our fees the wifi guy called saying he would come today to set up our cable wifi. So tak jadilah our plan to go to souqul balad AGAIN after days of planning and postponing. In sha Allah soon before class starts!

And I dont know if its their way of doing their job or its in their culture but everytime a person comes to fix or install something in the house, they just leave without clearing up the 'mess' or work they did. Kinda frustrating to clean up everytime dorang datang...da lah pakai kasut masuk rumah. Haiss....sabar je.

So we took a nap before going out again to attend this talk about eidul adha around 5.30 pm. All of us were excited to go because it was our first class since arriving here. Just as we were leaving the building, my friend opened her whatsapp and one of our senior (guys) informed the talk was only meant for banin (boys)....greaaaat. Tapi da siap kan...so we decided to walk around the area. We ended up visiting this really cool bookshop ade banyak buku arab and ade dictionaries. Obv, I bought myself a few...but for learning the language only as the doctors will tell us what books to buy during the first lessons.

We arrived after maghrib and lapar pasal tak makan proper food since morning so I decided to cook! (proud) just a simple nasi goreng campak as I added the asam pedas from my friend nya masakan semalam and rempah instant my freind bawak from sg. We also goreng keropek rainboww...mmmm memang proud to call it my cooking haha.

Only a few days time till the eid celebration. Hope all is doing well and healthy. Amin. Sending lots of love to all of you :) missing everyone dearly...will update soon again in sha Allah.

Assalamualaikum kullu am wa antum bi khair!
