Holidays are over (!!)

Assalamualaikum, havent updated in a long time cause its the holidays and I just cant think of anything fun to write.

Well, my fun is over and I have to get back to reality. yes? Quran exams are around the corner and school starts this Sunday on the 7th. Actually have to do a lot of planning and organizing of my schedule because I.Am.Moving! Allah...so many things to do to the point that I havent even started on anything yet.

Update: Two of my housemates recently moved to a girls hostel nearby so its just me and my roommate under one roof. But we have two friends from upstairs to keep us company as their house is crowded with 6 people. Alhamdulillah only a few more weeks to go before its our turn :)

So being here has definitely changed my outlook on something that has never even crossed my mind in Spore. I mean you are living on your own so why not get a friend to help calm your mind and ease your stress. Ive been feeling really close to cats if you cant tell already lol. Theyre seriously the cutest companions and I find joy in just stroking their fur especially if its really fluffy and has a flat face that you just wanna squeeze all the time. Im not yet to the point of just carrying them around like baby but I like cuddling with them and dont really mind the fur. Still scared tho...but just a teensy bit.

Anyways my neighbor has a reaaaally fluffy and gorgeous male cat and its so calm and precious. Maybe in sha Allah one day....give me a few more years.

So the highlight of my holiday was going on a Jelajah Jordon trip organized by a Malaysian family. In sha Allah will make a post about it and share some videos and pictures as well. We went to a few places and it was during the peak of winter in Jordon so imagine the weather. Just wet, freezing and lots of snow. Some of places included Jerash, Petra, Ajloun, Karak castle and many more. The entire trip costs 99jd and it was the most Ive exercised since coming here haha so,much,walking.and.hiking ;( But really good and beneficial alhamdulillah
